PartnerNet is Xbox Live for the game developers. It always has upcoming or beta versions of games. The Xbox Series S/X initially drew 25 to 28W of "instant on" standby power at launch, but a recent firmware update caused a dramatic reduction, placing the new systems below the ~13W drawn by the I'm sure I heard there was a PartnerNet equivalent for OG Xbox, and that's why X360 pnet was known as XePartnerNet for a while, maybe I'm wrong though.
